Fake news alert: This is the garbage that passes for journalism at BuzzFeed

Anyone connected with BuzzFeed, alleged reporters Jason Leopold and Anthony Cormier, and most of all, their doofus editor-in-chief Ben Smith had an awful lot of egg to wipe off their collective faces after they published their magnum opus of fake news this past weekend.

Not since that historic summer day in 2012 in Portugal, did more eggs get broken. In case your interested, the world record omelet was whipped-up Aug. 11, 2012, by the Câmara Municipal de Ferreira do Zêzere (Ferreira do Zêzere City Council) in Santarém, Portugal, when a whopping 145,000 eggs found themselves all busted up to make the über-omelet.

Anyhow, now that BuzzFeed and the rest of the Fake News Gestapo (I’m talking to you, CNN, MSNBC, Washington Post, etc) have been exposed for the true National Inquirer-wannabes that they really are, let’s take a look at some of the **achem** news they gin up that’s suppose to pass for real journalism.
