Mollie Tibbets Trial: Accused Killer Seeks Gag Order, Don’t Refer to Me as an ‘Illegal Alien’

No, this isn’t a joke that happens to be in very, very poor taste.

In spite of “accused” killer Cristian Bahena Rivera already admitting (according to Cox Media Group) that he distinctly remembers pulling the dead body of Mollie Tibbets out of the trunk of his car, as well as knowing where he dumped the corpse of the pretty 20-year-old coed, there’s still the hyper-legalistic question of who exactly killed young Mollie.

Conveniently, Rivera claims no memory of actually killing Tibbets.

Also well known to the public is that Rivera has been residing illegally in this country for seven long years.

Not only has Rivera been in the United States in violation of our quite decent immigration laws, the “accused” has been working under a fake name and also failed to be vetted by the government’s E-Verify system, as reported by the Des Moines Register.

Regardless of Mollie’s death being totally and absolutely avoidable, provided certain milquetoast politicians actually gave a damn about the safety and security of American citizens, Rivera’s lawyer, Allan M. Richards, Esq. of Tama, Iowa, has petitioned the Powesheik County, Iowa, for a gag order to prevent his client to be referred to as an “illegal alien”.

As reported by The Daily Caller;

The gag order purports that by referring to Rivera as illegal, he will be denied a fair trial, and consequently, the government must not refer to him as anything other than a “documented resident.”

The order states that Rivera has legal status in the U.S. and further claims that the Iowa Board of Regents has verified Rivera is in the jurisdiction legally.

“Sad and Sorry Trump has weighed in on this matter in national media which will poison the entire possible pool of jury members,” the order reads, taking a shot at the president.

Lawyer Allan M. Richards.

This isn’t exactly the first time Lawyer Richards has seen his name in the papers. On the day before he filed papers to run to for mayor of Tama, gateway to scenic Grundy Center, it was reported in 2003 by The Courier (of Waterloo-Cedar Falls) that Richards filed a $1 billion (yes, billion with a “B”) lawsuit against not only the Tama County Attorney but against Tama County law enforcement officers as well;

Attorney Allan Richards, 49, said his constitutional rights were violated after officers searched his office in March and seized private property.

“It was a witch hunt,” Richards said.

Richards maintains the search and seizure was illegal and is suing for damages to prevent future unlawful searches. In the lawsuit, he names County Attorney Brent Heeren, Tama police officers John Carr and Joseph Quandt and Tama County Sheriff’s deputy Bruce Rhoades.

According to an application for the search warrant, a confidential informant said that Jeff Feisel, a cousin of Richards, had two assault rifles with the serial numbers ground off. The informant then told law enforcement officials that Richards had one of the two rifles at his Fourth Street office.

A judge granted the search warrant. Authorities did not find the rifle, but did find a 9-mm handgun. Court records also indicate officers found a bag of marijuana seeds, phone records, ammunition and a “big safe.”

Also reported by The Courier, somehow Richards is being persecuted due to his on-going struggle for a more culturally diverse Iowa;

Richards said he is being targeted for being vocal about community issues and because he has spoken out against Tama law enforcement and Tama County officials. Richards said he has been an advocate for fairness and multicultural diversity in Tama. Richards also ran against Heeren for the county attorney position in 1994 and 1998 and lost.

But wait, there’s more.

In 2011, Richards was one of the 61 Hawkeyes who applied for one of three vacancies on the Iowa Supreme Court, as reported by The Gazette of Iowa City.

CNN’s Couomo: ‘Offensive’ When Trump says Mollie Tibbets is ‘Permanently Separated’ From her Family

CNN’s very own maître de douche Chris Cuomo rarely allows objective journalism to interfere with his particular brand of leftist propaganda.

Yet another example of this buffoon’s deep-seated Trump Derangement Syndrome would be his branding of President Trump’s referring to the murder of Mollie Tibbets of her being “permanently separated” from her family as somehow crossing the line.

In spite of Bubba Clinton signing into law, then Bath House Barry wholeheartedly enforced for eight full years the separation of families who crossed the border illegally, somehow President Trump is evil incarnate for doing the very thing that was firmly entrenched as practical policy.

In fact, the Seattle Times referred to “Trump’s cruel policy of separating children from their parents at the border nauseated people across the political spectrum.” Nary a word regarding 44 and 42’s complicity.

Mollie Tibbets.

But back to this yutz, Cuomo.

For whatever bizarre reason, the brother of the Empire State’s Gauleiter is triggered whenever Trump makes mention of Mollie Tibbets being “permanently separated” from her family.

This delicate hothouse orchid considers Trump stating the obvious is downright “offensive”.

Sheesh… save us from such fragile femi-men.
