Message to white folks, “You will not have a say all up in here.”
Martin Luther King, Jr. may have died many years ago, but it’s arguable that his dream died last night in the City of Brotherly Love. As reported by The Daily Caller, little was left to the imagination at a black supremacist rally in the veritable shadow of the Democratic National Convention.
In spite of Dr. King once proclaiming, “I have a dream that one day little black boys and girls will be holding hands with little white boys and girls,” present day so-called civil rights leaders such as Rep. John Lewis (D-GA), Rep. Elijah Cummings (D-MD) and the Rev. Jesse Jackson have been conspicuously silent of the militant and often violent rabble that howl for forced segregation.
The textbook definition of prejudice is to make a blanket and all-encompassing judgement against any person(s), place(s) or idea(s) without exception and without having all the facts. Presumably, Hillary Clinton is aware of such. Continue reading Hillary Clinton Blames All White People→
Even though officials in just about every sport from cricket to American football to professional European kickball (aka: soccer) are technically considered a part of the field, it’s just not all that out of the ordinary that a referee every now and then may get a bit jostled about by players. Yet even the most novice of sports fans agree that a duo of Texas football players purposefully blindsided a backfield ref. Novelist George Orwell once penned “All animals are equal, but some animals are more equal than others.” That very well could be the case of double standards reaching Orwellian heights on a Canadian university campus. As reported by the Campus Reform news portal on March 20, 2015, two white students enrolled at Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada were politely told they weren’t allowed to even be present at an event hosted by the Racialised Students’ Collective (RSC) held on campus.
Never one to be confused as a foaming-at-the-mouth right winger (such as myself) author and professional student DaShanne Stokes once correctly stated, “People often call fighting discrimination being ‘PC’ because they don’t want their own unearned privileges challenged.” Or as the late and great Major Gene Duncan, USMC of Fiction and Fact From Dunk’s Almanac Old-fashioned Observations for the Modern Military Leader fame once penned, “All this tact and diplomacy has made liars of us all.”
In the wake of Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling purportedly being caught on tape stating some rather disparaging comments about blacks in general, a chorus of media and sports figures have called for either his suspension from the National Basketball Association, if not completely forfeiting his ownership of the LA franchise, as reported by NBC News on April 27, 2014. In a 9:26 tape recording posted to the internet on April 26,2014 by the Hollywood gossip-centered website TMZ.com, Sterling was allegedly overheard arguing in a private conversation with his current paramour, curiously known to the public only as V. Stiviano, in which the billionaire divorce and personal injury lawyer was berating her for being seen in public with black people.

What was initially planned as a joint fraternity/sorority charity event at one of the nation’s leading colleges has since been cancelled due to one individual decrying the theme of the fund raiser as not only derogatory but also personally insulting to her Mexican bloodline and culture. As reported by the right-of-center The Daily Caller on April 26, 2014, and also by the conservative-leaning Campus Reform youth oriented news portal, and The Dartmouth college paper, both on April 25, 2014, the Alpha Phi sorority and Phi Delta Alpha fraternity of New Hampshire’s Dartmouth College have cancelled their long planned for South-of-the-Border-based “Phiesta” benefit for cardiac patients because a singular student complained.
