To counter the threat of the ISIS terrorist organization, both Barack Obama and Sen. John McCain (R-Arizona) have advocated American arms, training and the equipment of war be provided to who they describe as the moderate factions involved in the Syrian Civil War, as reported by the Independent Journal Review on Sept. 13, 2014 and also by the Huffington Post on Sept. 12, 2014. The US Marine Corps have fewer TOWs than the amount Obama shipped to Saudi Arabia last year alone …
With no pun intended, the Obama White House has shipped under the radar some of the most technologically advanced weaponry yet to a supposedly moderate Syrian rebel faction battling the nation’s regime of President Bashar al-Assad, as reported by both the left-of-center Centre for Research on Globalization (of Montreal, Quebec, Canada) news portal on April 21, 2014, as well as the Wall Street Journal on April 20, 2014. Concern is high that the cutting-edge anti-tank missiles will eventually make their way to one of the myriad of groups who are also in revolt against Assad, and more than a few are also openly in league with the same al-Qaeda terrorist organization that attacked the United States on Sept. 11, 2001.
