Overwhelmingly, the politicians of the Democrat Party have lionized and done everything to sing the praises of the number one terrorist alive (at the time), Mag Gen Qassam Soleimani of the IRGC (Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps). Without fail, the likes of CNN and MSNBC have all but done everything possible to cover Soleimani’s send-off media coverage that would make his funeral look simply Homeric.
File this in the Even a Broken Clock is Right Twice a Day file, possibly by mistake, Newsweek magazine reports on the anti-government marches inside Iran;
“They are lying that our enemy is America, our enemy is right here,” protesters chanted during the demonstrations, Al Jazeera reported. On Saturday, Iranians had staged similar protests, chanting “death to the dictator,” referring to [Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali] Khamenei.
Unfortunately, like freedom fighters everywhere against dictatorial governments, the blood of patriots has watered the tree of liberty. As noted by the Washington Times;
Iranian security forces fired both live ammunition and tear gas to disperse demonstrators protesting against the Islamic Republic’s initial denial that it shot down a Ukrainian jetliner, online videos purported to show Monday.
Videos sent to the New York-based Center for Human Rights in Iran and later verified by The Associated Press show a crowd of demonstrators near Azadi, or Freedom, Square fleeing as a tear gas canister landed among them. People cough and sputter while trying to escape the fumes, with one woman calling out in Farsi: “They fired tear gas at people! Azadi Square. Death to the dictator!”
Another video shows a woman being carried away in the aftermath as a blood trail can be seen on the ground. Those around her cry out that she has been shot by live ammunition in the leg.
“Oh my God, she’s bleeding nonstop!” one person shouts. Another shouts: “Bandage it!”
Photos and video after the incident show pools of blood on the sidewalk.
Pro-American Saghar Erica Kasraie hammers the US media as “propaganda” for supporting Solemani.
Persian-Americans rally to CELEBRATE the death of terrorist Qassam Soleimani. NOtice they are carrying the flag of the Shah, not the revolutionary colors of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
