When I’m told “everything’s bigger in Texas”, I’ve always assumed the natives of the Lone Star State were referencing things such as ranches, T-bone steaks, barfights, state fair mascots, Longhorned cattle, the driving distance on I-10 from Orange to Anthony (nearly 900 miles), et cetera, et cetera.
Silly me. I failed to even consider there were two-sides to this particular Tejas-sized coin.
Turns out that hysterics, emotional meltdowns, brain-freezing panic attacks, and a veritable Río Grande de Lágrimas Liberales also comes in a Texas-sized 4XXXXL T-shirt.
Perfect example: The Biden-Harris campaign has cancelled at least two rallies in south-central Texas on account of Trump supporters being big meanies.
In the spirit of fairness, I’ll simply cite some of the “news” from the reliably Leftist rag, The Daily Beast (TDB), as well as a couple of tweets shot out by Team Joe. I invite everyone to simply judge this entire comic opera for yourself.
Personally, I find this bit of alleged journalism relying more on feeeeelings and emotion instead of facts and evidence;
Joe Biden’s presidential campaign canceled a Friday event in Austin, Texas, after harassment from a pro-Trump contingent.
Texas has emerged as a battleground state in Tuesday’s presidential election, with polls showing the typically Republican stronghold now only marginally favoring President Donald Trump. The Biden campaign scheduled a Friday event in the state, in a bid to drum up last-minute support.
But when the Biden campaign bus drove to Austin, it was greeted by a blockade of pro-Trump demonstrators, leading to what one Texas House representative described as an escalation “well beyond safe limits.”
The cancelation comes amid national anxiety about voter intimidation, a tactic the Trump campaign has implicitly endorsed.
Historian Dr. Eric Cervini was driving to help with the Biden campaign stop when he filmed a line of pickup trucks along the highway, many of them flying Trump flags. The drivers were “waiting to ambush the Biden/Harris campaign bus as it traveled from San Antonio to Austin,” Cervini tweeted.
“These Trump supporters, many of whom were armed, surrounded the bus on the interstate and attempted to drive it off the road,” he alleged. “They outnumbered police 50-1, and they ended up hitting a staffer’s car.”
Far from done, TDB also cited State Rep. Sheryl Cole (D-Pflugerville) whining that the Trumpers “have escalated well beyond safe limits.”
According to her, but we’re suppose to accept her feelings as facts? I think not.
Additionally, TDB also noted that the Texas director of communications for Team Joe, Tariq Thowfeek stated his primary reason to cancel the rallies; “holding the event would have placed Biden staffers and supporters at risk.”
Hmmm… so THIS is the kind of grit we can expect from those in Biden’s orbit? This may be a portent of things to come.
Possibly doing his best Buffalo Bill dance, Thowfeek was also quoted;
“Rather than engage in productive conversation about the drastically different visions that Joe Biden and Donald Trump have for our country, Trump supporters in Texas today instead decided to put our staff, surrogates, supporters, and others in harm’s way.”
Look closer…the white SUV was in the lane the truck was in and wouldn’t stop trying to push the truck off the road, so the truck did what it needed, and pushed the SUV out of his lane. Definitely not attempted homicide.

So let me understand this.
Pic#1 = BAD
Pic#2 = GOOD
Just want to understand how you can condem one of them and not the other. pic.twitter.com/TP6Gau3mX7
