South Carolina: Warren Speaks to Nearly Empty Auditorium, Booker Fares Even Worse

If President Trump were to appear in a mere auditorium, the Establishment Media would have a field day torching him.

After all, the POTUS has made a name for himself as the king of packing the house to the rafters at more than a few sports arenas and stadiums from sea to shining sea.

However, when Democrat presidential candidates Sen. Elizabeth Warren, Sen. Cory Booker, ex-congressmen John Delaney and Joe Sestak, gazillionaire Tom Steyer, and Oprah guru-ette Marianne Williamson attended something touted The Environmental Forum hosted by South Carolina State University in Orangeburg, SC, the turnout was less than Trumpesque.

Suffice it to say that the Dems would probably be thrilled just to get the scraps that fell from Trump’s table.

But as noted by Joseph Curl of the conservative-leaning news site the DailyWire.com, the alleged crowd that accidentally wandered into SCSU’s Martin Luther King, Jr Auditorium numbered in the dozens;

From photos of the event, it looks like dozens came [to see Sen. Warren], maybe 100 tops. Shots from the back of the auditorium show a sea of empty seats.

Voters didn’t pack in for Sen. Cory Booker (D-NJ), either. From pictures, it looks like only three rows at the front were filled, with smatterings of attendees in higher rows.

“Cory Booker is up, opening with a joke about how 2020 isn’t the year of the election, it’s the number of people running in the Democratic primary,” wrote [Sahil] Kapur, national political reporter for Bloomberg News.

Also tweeted from reporter Kapur, Warren also made a campaign stop the South Carolina’s Low Country, the town of Goose Creek to be specific.

Supposedly holding a town hall meeting at Goose Creek High School, the below video shows a quite small venue with maybe 150 in attendance.
