There was a time when we conservatives looked as if we had a really winner in Rep. Nicole Malliotakis (R-NY).
After all, here was this Republican from New York City (Staten Island, to be specific) who looked as if she had a real chance to win the election in the heavily Italian, Latino and Irish borough.
Suffice it to say that a number of non-New Yorkers donated to her 2020 campaign, myself included.
But then upon assumption of her seat in the House of Representatives, Malliotakis allowed her true colors to show.

On Nov. 5, 2021, Malliotakis voted with Nancy Pelosi and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez to drop $1.2-$1.9 trillion (depending on who you listen to) on Joe Biden’s so-called “Green New Deal.”

On Mar. 17, 2021, Malliotakis voted with Nancy Pelosi and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez to kill any deadline for the 1972 liberal joke better known as the Equal Rights Amendment. Hundreds of federal, state and local laws already prohibit hiring based upon sex.

On Feb. 4, 2021, Malliotakis voted with Nancy Pelosi and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez to boot Rep. Marjorie Taylor from every committee and subcommittee she was assigned to.

Malliotakis voted with Andrew Cuomo to violate the 2d Amendment rights of New Yorkers.
Remember, just because someone has an “R” after their name, that doesn’t mean they’re conservative.
