To say that Justin Trudeau’s latest dictatorial power-grab is historic or unprecedented isn’t just hyperbole nor is it simply good old-fashion fear-mongering.
It’s simply the truth. After all… not once in the history of the nation of Canada has a Prime Minister ever initiated the Emergencies Act.
Nonetheless, those who peacefully protest Trudeau’s COVID passport mandate, as well as those who monetarily contribute to their just cause, are now considered a threat the very existence of this country. Lavrentiy Beria would be proud.
Further proof of the Trudeau apparatchik in action would be the comments of Canada’s Minister of Justice, David Lametti.
As noted by reporter Brian Lilley of the Ottawa Sun, “The justice minister in Justin Trudeau’s government has said that if you hold the wrong political views, you should be worried about your bank account.”
Lilley isn’t talking about the truckers themselves or even average, everyday Canadians who’ve physically attended the protest in the nation’s capital city.
No, mark my words. If you even contributed small amounts of money, don’t be shocked if you find your bank accounts frozen.
Trudeau’s Justice Minister on convoy supporters: “If you are a member of a pro-Trump movement who’s donating… you ought to be worried” about your bank account being frozen.
While Lametti claims that only those that contributed hundreds of thousands or millions of dollars to the protesters, if and when that threshold is crossed, you can bet their go after anyone who gave any amount… period.
