Alexandra Pelosi, daughter of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, once famously stated that her mother, “She’ll cut your head off, and you won’t even know you’re bleeding. That’s all you need to know about her.”
Unfortunately, the younger Pelosi made no mention of the sharpness of momma’s elbows.
Case in point would be the June 21 swearing-in ceremony of the newly elected Republican congresswoman from the south Texas 34th District, Rep. Mayra Flores.
By the way, in case you didn’t know, Mrs. Flores is the nation’s first Mexican-born woman to be sworn-in to the US Congress. She’s also the first Republican to be elected to that district in well over the past 100 years.
With all that aside, as seen in the video below, Rep. Flores ripped into Pelosi.
Sadly, with Democrat arrogance seemingly knowing no bounds, Pelosi’s deputy chief of staff Drew Hammill tried to make the best of a truly bad situation.
Please try not to spit when you read the official Pelosi explanation.
I am so proud of my strong, beautiful daughter for not allowing this to faze her. She continued to smile and pose for the picture like a Queen.
No child should be pushed to the side for a photo op. PERIOD!! https://t.co/TA50EntDoq

It’s sad to see “news outlets” that know better misrepresent the Speaker’s effort to ensure Rep. Flores’ daughters wouldn’t be hidden behind her in all of the photos of such an important moment for their family. https://t.co/Dm0oXtwF7V pic.twitter.com/KDyI4MfaOj
