It’s a good thing when an elected representative to the US Legislative Branch remembers and commemorates the 21st anniversary of the Islamist terror attacks on the United States.
Just imagine my surprise when hard-leftie Rep. Pramila Jayapal (D-WA) actually made note of the innocents murdered on the horrible day that’s burned in all of our memories.
Just.
One.
Problem.
The death count of victims was 2,977. Jayapal cites the number 2,996.
Let’s do some simple math, shall we?
2,996-2,977=19
That’s right… Jayapal added the 19 terrorists to the total of victims.
Jayapal’s tweet has since been deleted, but too late. the toothpaste is out of the tube.
