(VIDEO) Pentagon Defies Constitution? Top Brass Fails to Inform Trump’s CIVILIAN Leadership Posts of CCP Balloons

This just in…

I can’t help but wonder of the top brass at the Pentagon have purposefully forgotten about the US Constitution. I mean, it’s not as if they took an oath to the same, right?

I’ll willingly admit that it’s been a long time since I was taught civics at the knee (or should I say, “rapped knuckles”) of yardstick-wielding Sister Mary Linebacker, but I vividly recall the phrase “Civilian control over the military.”

The clown show that’s better known as Biden’s Woke Pentagon seems to ignore that lil’ thing called the Constitution.

First, the Standard Leftist Media ran-away last Sunday claiming that Team Trump all but ignored three separate Chinese spy balloons during his administration.

Odd that numerous CIVILIAN leaders under the Trump administration all state that they were never briefed on such.

As reported by Yahoo News, none of the below listed claim any knowledge of Chinese spy balloons violating out air space;

  • Former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo
  • Former Defense Secretary Mark Esper
  • Former deputy assistant secretary of defense for East Asia Heino Klinck
  • Former acting Defense Secretary Chris Miller
  • Former acting director of national intelligence Richard Grenell
  • Former director of national intelligence John Ratcliffe
  • Former NSA advisor Robert O’Brien
  • Former NSA advisor John Bolton

Before I go any further, I’d like to point out that the various Combatant Commands (Indo-Pac Com, NORAD, CENTCOM, etc.), answer to only two people; the Secretary of Defense and the Commander-in-Chief, period.

The Joint Chiefs of Staff are simply not in any of the Combat Commanders chains-of-command structures.

Please remember the name of Gen. Glen VanHerck, USAF, currently double-hatted, serving the commander of both United States Northern Command and the North American Aerospace Defense Command.

Surprisingly, even the reliably leftist Politico reports (via MSN.com);

The military did not detect previous flights of Chinese spy balloons over the U.S. that took place during the Trump administration, a top general said Monday, due to a “gap” in the Defense Department’s ability to track certain airborne objects.

Gen. Glen VanHerck, head of North American Aerospace Defense Command, cited the issue as the reason that at least three spy balloon flights were not briefed to senior Trump officials at the time.

“So those balloons, so every day as a NORAD commander it’s my responsibility to detect threats to North America,” he told reporters at the Pentagon. “I will tell you that we did not detect those threats. And that’s a domain awareness gap that we have to figure out. But I don’t want to go into further detail.”

So, what exactly is an “domain awareness gap”? I wonder if that translates to “Violating the US Constitution by purposefully not notifying senior leadership”?

Below video is an excellent leftist media shitting themselves. As usual, this blew-up in their faces.
