Judge Aileen Cannon: Get Ready for the ‘SHE’S A TRUMP APPOINTED JUDGE!’ Lie

Personally, I have the distinct impression that the presiding judge in the latest farce brought against President Trump is going to throw the whole thing out.

I’ve already opined why, but if you’d like to see what I posted regarding the 2012 Jackson Decision, here you go.

Anyhow, Judge Aileen Cannon of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida will be hearing the upcoming documents case.

Born in Colombia to a father from Indiana and a mother who’d fled Castro’s Cuba, it’s an easy call that Judge Cannon is living the American Dream.

But in the meantime, the liberal American press is already knee-deep in attempting to discredit Judge Cannon.

Here are just a few headlines or opening lines;

Anyone notice the common thread? They all note that Judge Cannon is a “Trump appointee.”

No. No, she’s not.

According to the Constitution of the United States;

Article III of the Constitution governs the appointment, tenure, and payment of Supreme Court justices, and federal circuit and district judges. These judges, often referred to as “Article III judges,” are nominated by the president and confirmed by the U.S. Senate.

Article III states that these judges “hold their office during good behavior,” which means they have a lifetime appointment…

Well, well. So, the president nominates the judges. The US Senate confirms them. Their entire career as a federal judge itself is what’s known as their appointment.

When you think about it, all federal judges, to include Supreme Court Justices, are indirectly voted upon by the American people.

Between the President and the Senate, it’s on behalf of the American people that all federal judges come about their particular appointments.

And don’t you let the leftie media try to tell you any different.

By the way, when the Senate confirmed Judge Cannon in 2020, nearly 1/3d of all the Senate Dems who voted, actually cast their ballot FOR Judge Cannon.
