Interesting that the likes of Al Sharpton, Cori Bush, Jesse Jackson, Maxine Waters, etc, etc, ad nauseum, keep trotting out that same one-trick pony of theirs: “Ohhh, de po’ black folks…“
There are phrases for these kinds of folks; poverty pimps, professional victims, poviticians, etc.
No matter how you slice it, people of this ilk make their millions on keeping poor blacks poor as well as reliant on de gubmint;
- Shitty housing
- Shitty schools
- Shitty food programs
- Shitty jobs
- Shitty future
But amazingly enough, Kori Hale of Forbes.com (herself, a black woman) notes some interesting stats from last year;
There are about 1.79 million African American millionaires in the country, according to Statista.
Specifically, Black people represent 8% of total millionaires in the U.S., 76% are white, 8% are Asian, and the Hispanic community captures 7% of the total millionaire population across the country.
But for those still buying off on the bullshit that the poverty pimps are selling, you may have been conditioned to long for “the motherland.”
Hale drops yet another truth bomb;
If we compare U.S. Black millionaires to the number of millionaires found in the top 19 countries in Africa, there are only 120,900 millionaires. This means across the continent the total number of millionaires only represent .014% of the population. These numbers show that the number of millionaires in the United States Black population is 224x greater than the top 19 African countries.
