Media Yawns; Las Vegas White Student Beaten to Death by Gang of 15 Black Youths for ‘Standing Up for Smaller Friend’

A 17-year-old boy in Las Vegas was just beaten to death by a mob of at least 15 other youths. Other than the news of the death of Jonathan Lewis being horrific all by itself, I find it at least as curious as to why the leftist media in this country is widely ignoring this.

I really don’t like playing the “What if” game, but in all seriousness, could you imagine if this was a young black kid being beaten to death by a mob of 15 white kids? It would be wall-to-wall 24/7. Doubly so if this was the case of a singular black boy defending a smaller boy against a group of white thugs.

Just on a personal note, from what I saw on the video (below), it appears to me that a young Latino boy was attempting to get the mob to stop the barrage of kicks and punches against Lewis.

A teenage boy has died days after he was found severely beaten by more than a dozen people near a Las Vegas high school, according to his father.

The attack happened on Wednesday, Nov. 1 in the 1900 block of Searles Avenue near Rancho High School.

The boy’s father, Jonathan Lewis spoke to 8 News Now on Thursday and described the incident as a savage crime.

Jonathan Lewis told 8 News Now his 17-year-old son was the one who was beaten up by 15 people and confirmed that he died on Tuesday as a result of the injuries.

Lewis added that his son – who is also called Jonathan Lewis – kept to himself and had plans to move to Austin, Texas with him.

He also expressed disgust and disappointment at the fight that killed his 17-year-old child.

The Las Vegas Metro Police Department’s homicide unit is investigating the incident however, no arrests have been made.

A Las Vegas teen has died after he was beaten by a group of bullies for coming to the defense of a “smaller” friend who was thrown into a trash can, the student’s grieving dad said.

Jonathan Lewis, a 17-year-old student at Rancho High School, died last Tuesday — less than two weeks after he was savagely beaten by a mob of 15 kids, his father, also named Jonathan Lewis, confirmed to 8 News Now on Thursday.

“One of his smaller friends had something stolen by this group of 15, and they threw the small boy in the trash can, and our son confronted them and he was attacked,” according to a GoFundMe page set up by his family.
