Rep. Michael Cloud (R-TX) just figuratively handed Alejano Mayorkas his ass.
As we’ve all know, Biden has been whining since Day One that the border crisis of his own making is somehow the fault of Pres. Trump.
To add insult to injury, this numb-skull is steady blaming the US House for supposedly hamstringing him as well as the Mayorkas-ran DHS for the ongoing border crisis.
Never mind Gov. Greg Abbott (R-TX) hand delivering a letter to Biden stating the various laws and statures already in place to fix the problem.
By the way, that happened nearly a full year-and-a-half ago.
But with that aside, today in Congress, Rep. Michael Cloud, Republican of the 27th Congressional District (roughly centered of the Texas Gulf Coast, AKA “The Redneck Riviera“), had a chance for a pleasant conversation with Sec. Mayorkas.
I won’t give a blow-by-blow of the niceties exchanged. But I will give a bit of a spoiler alert.
One of the cringiest moments was specifically when the House Appropriations Committee was underway, then Mayorkas vainly attempting to squeeze even more foldin’ green from those We The People.
