As I noted earlier, the New York Times broke it down proving that neither Kamala Harris nor Tim Walz have EVER created a private sector job. Ever.
Needless to say, I seriously doubt if either of these dimwits give two hoots in hell when it comes to frittering away other people’s money.
I fully realize that $50,000 is a drop in the bucket when it comes to how much the federal government wastes, but the amount of arrogance Leftists display really is fairly infuriating.
Case in point would be the latest from the Washington Examiner, noting that “Republicans bashed Vice President Kamala Harris after her plane circled an extra 15 minutes so she could watch second gentleman Doug Emhoff’s speech [at the Democrat National Convention in Chicago].”
It’s a fair assumption on my part that the operating costs of Air Force One and Air Force Two can’t be all that different. After all, both are Boeing 747s, both would have similar communications capabilities, as both would also have the same anti-terrorist defensive setups.
But in an article from the Associated Post from Apr, 21, 2024, the hourly cost of keeping Air Force One flying is a whopping $200,000.
You didn’t misread that… yes, nearly a quarter-of-a-million dollars per hour.
Thank you, Kamala. Thank you for proving you are either too stupid or could give a damn less what it takes for the average American to earn $50,000.
