(VIDEO) Pardon, Schmardon; Hunter Biden Can Still Face Prison Time

“No one is above the law” and other lies from Joe Biden…

As we all know by now, Sleepy Joe has granted a full and unconditional presidential pardon to his son, Crackhead Hunter.

Of course, this is pissing off an awful lot of conservatives, especially in light that The Big Guy has stated more than once in public that there was no pardon in his junkie kid’s future.

But fret not, fellow MAGA Republicans. Let’s dig a little deeper into the meat and potatoes of this particular pardon.

First things first, as noted by the Associated Press, this presidential pardon is specifically for a certain timeframe (emphasis mine);

“… offenses against the United States which he has committed or may have committed or taken part in during the period from January 1, 2014 through December 1, 2024.

How interesting. So, from there, I checked out one of the official DoJ websites in regard to presidential pardons.

If you look closely, you can almost see his nose growing.

Here’s what I found;

2. Federal convictions only

Under the Constitution, only federal criminal convictions, such as those adjudicated in the United States District Courts, may be pardoned by the President. In addition, the President’s pardon power extends to convictions adjudicated in the Superior Court of the District of Columbia and military court-martial proceedings. However, the President cannot pardon a state criminal offense.

OK, so it’s now narrowed down to only a slightly less than an 11-year period, and only federal charges. So, I decided to dig some more.

My, my, my… look at what else I found on Politico.com (emphasis mine);

He [Hunter] began working at MBNA bank, one of Delaware’s largest employer, in 1996. He left to become a lobbyist in 2001, though he continued receiving consulting fees from the bank.

Nothing fishy there, huh?

Something else I found; according to an official website for the US Senate entitled Hunter Biden, Burisma, and Corruption: The Impact on U.S. Government Policy and Related Concerns put forth by the U.S. Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs, and the U.S. Senate Committee on Finance Majority Staff Report (emphasis mine);

One of the companies involved in the Henniges transaction was a billion-dollar private investment fund called Bohai Harvest RST (BHR). BHR was formed in November 2013 by a merger between the Chinese-government-linked firm Bohai Capital and a company named Rosemont Seneca Partners. Rosemont Seneca was formed in 2009 by Hunter Biden, the son of then-Vice President Joe Biden, by Chris Heinz, the stepson of former Secretary of State John Kerry, and others.

Hunter Biden is FAR from having his ass covered by daddy’s pardon. There’s plenty of federal charges that Hunter Biden just might end up facing on top of who-knows how many state and local charges.

I can’t wait until January 20th.
