(VIDEO) Petty Kamala REFUSES to Allow Usha Vance to Childproof Vice Presidential Residence

Not since the closing days of the Bill Clinton administration when the incoming George W. Bush crew found that all the letter W keys were removed from all the computer keyboards has an outgoing administration been so vile and petty.

As we’ve come to find out just recently, current VP Kamala Harris has ignored incoming Second Lady Usha Vance regarding the traditional outgoing Veep giving the incoming Veep a formal tour of the Vice Presidential Mansion located at DC’s Naval Observatory.

Adding insult to injury, even though minor children haven’t lived in the VP’s mansion (officially known as “Number One Observatory Circle“) for decades, Usha specifically wanted to know the layout of the residence in order to “childproof” the home.

JD and Usha are the proud parents of three children under the age of eight; Ewan, Vivek and Mirabel. Ewan is a traditional Scottish name; Vivek is a traditional Hindi name; and Mirabel is a pan-European name having its roots in Latin meaning “wonderous beauty.”

But back to the topic at hand. As reported by Jennifer Jacobs of CBS News (emphasis mine);

Vice President Kamala Harris has not extended an invitation for a formal sit-down or tour, multiple Democratic and Republican sources told CBS News.

In November, Usha Vance, via intermediaries, reached out to staff for the home’s current occupants, Harris and Second Gentleman Doug Emhoff, seeking details including what they would need to childproof it. Ewan, Vivek and Mirabel Vance are all under the age of eight.

The questions were initially rebuffed by a Harris political appointee. But there has since been communication between the Vance team and Navy aides who oversee the residence.

Before Christmas, Navy officials provided an overview of the house to discuss the layout of the residence, logistics and practicalities of the move-in, and to help answer any questions the Vances had…
