(VIDEO) Off-Script Biden; Average American Family can Save $660 A MONTH by Switching to Windmills and Sunshine

It was classic Joe Biden. When I say “classic,” I mean he mumbled, fumbled and stumbled his way through a relatively short, televised speech.

By the way, don’t give me any of that garbage about poor Joe and “his stuttering problem.” Bullshit. He didn’t have much of a “stuttering problem” when he was the mob leader at the high-tech lynching of then-Judge Clarence Thomas.

But back to the topic at hand.

As the American economy is crashing and burning around us, Joey Hairplugs continues to blame Vladimir Putin for the rising price of gas. Never mind that the buying power of our dollars has been nosediving since the moment that buffoon was sworn-in to his faux-presidency.

Nonetheless, in the headlong rush to “renewable energy” (AKA: “Sunshine and Breezes“), Biden tells us that the average driver can save $80 a month by driving a glorified golfcart instead of one of those evil internal combustion automobiles.

Keep in mind that most families have at least two cars in use (Mom and Dad have to work, kids commute to high school or local college, whatever…), this means Joe was touting AT LEAST actual saving $80×2, right?

Never mind that EVs start out in the $50,000 range, but base model standard cars start at $17,000.

Now comes another whopper… Biden claims household that use solar and heat pumps can save $500 a month.

Just me, but why is be putting solar and heat pumps in the same sentence? Heat pumps are hooked-up to the same grid that damn near everyone is hooked-up to.

And the electrical grid is overwhelmingly powered by fossil fuels, right? So why even add heat pumps into the conversation? Maybe because Biden said all that quickly and mumbled, he thought he could pull a fast one on us.

Nonetheless, the White House had another clean-up on aisle 13.

As reported by Britain’s the Daily Mail (emphasis mine);

Powered by unicorn farts.

President Joe Biden vastly overpromised Americans that they can expect savings of $500 a month by transitioning to renewable energy, which the White House corrected by saying the savings would actually come over a year.

In a fumble during his speech on gas prices on Thursday, Biden touted rebate programs for consumers switching to green energy but incorrectly cast how much would be saved.

‘If your home is powered by safer, cheaper, cleaner electricity like solar or heat pumps, you can save about $500 a month on average,’ Biden said. The White House corrected Biden’s remark in a transcript, making clear he meant to say the savings he predicted would be over a year, not a month.
