This Is Exactly Why the VP Choice Will NOT be Rubio, DeSantis, or Donalds

I’m actually pretty pissed at the amount of conservative-leaning news agencies to keep people tuning in by teasing who Pres. Trump’s VP choice may be.

Specifically, those that keep mentioning Sen. Marco Rubio (FL), Gov. Ron DeSantis (FL), or Rep. Byron Donalds (FL) as possible choices.

Here’s why – because the US Constitution says so. That’s right, at the very beginning of the XII Amendment.

According to our Founding Fathers (emphasis mine);

The Electors shall meet in their respective states, and vote by ballot for President and Vice-President, one of whom, at least, shall not be an inhabitant of the same state with themselves…

In early 1800s-speak, that means the presidential candidate and vice-presidential candidate can’t be from the same state.

So, the question here is this; is Trump a Florida or a New York resident?

Below is public information that took me about two-minutes to find via the Palm Beach County Supervision of Elections;

But in all fairness, Pres. Trump very well may have changed his official residency back to Trump Tower in Manhattan. But if so, I certainly haven’t seen any evidence to such.

And if he has moved to New York, that rules out New York Congresswomen Elise Stefanik and Nicole Malliotakis.

Just me, but I think Trump will select either Vivek Ramaswamy or Rep. Tulsi Gabard.
