How low can they go?
BREAKING NEWS! Trump did not wear gloves or a hairnet. Film at 11.
To say that the political Left is in meltdown over a very human Donald Trump manning the fry station at a Philidelphia-area McDonald’s is an understatement of Biblical proportions.
Sinking lower than MSNBC, the New York Times or even CNN, Newsweek magazine is now attacking the Bucks County, Pennsylvania, fast foot eatery for supposedly “failing” a health inspection from last year.
Where’s my fainting couch just when I needed it?
As reported by Khaleda Rahman of Newsweek via MSN.com (emphasis mine);
The McDonald’s restaurant where Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump briefly worked on Sunday failed its last health inspection, documents show.
The former president manned the fry station and served takeout to people in the drive-thru lane in Feasterville-Trevose in Bucks County, a key swing voter area in battleground Pennsylvania. The restaurant was closed to the public for Trump’s visit.
Trump, a big fan of McDonald’s food and a self-professed germophobe, wore an apron over his shirt and tie but did not wear gloves or a hairnet during his visit, stating that his hands were “nice and clean.” According to the Meidas Touch, he went straight to work without washing his hands. [Just FYI, Meidas Touch is a hard Trump-hating blog, not a legitimate news source.]
Employees not washing their hands was one of the reasons that restaurant failed its most recent inspection.
Interestingly enough, in the entire article, nowhere did Rahman provide a link to the supposed failed county health inspection.
One more thing, how is this particular McDonald’s now operating if they’ve “failed its most recent inspection” as Rahman reported?
But wait, there’s more. Rahman went on to claim;
Trump’s visit came amid his attacks on Vice President and Democratic nominee Kamala Harris’ accounts of working at the fast food giant while in college. Trump has repeatedly claimed that Harris is lying, without offering any evidence.
Without.
Offering.
Any.
Evidence.
Really, Newsweek… really? Oh, and please stop using a left-wing blog as if it’s supposedly a real news source.
