Within a two-hour time frame, Slow Joe referred to Vladimir Putin as the President of Ukraine, and his current Vice President is now Donald Trump.
I realize that this evening’s presser has been billed as Biden’s “Big Boy Press Conference”… but if this is an example of Biden being a big boy, his handlers need to slap back on the Pampers.
