When saying “Solo autobús escolar” isn’t enough…
Being both a military kid and a retired Marine, not only did I do some growing-up in San Diego, I also did a couple of tours at the massive Marine base in San Diego, Camp Pendleton.
Not all that long ago, living in Southern California was choice duty. My South Carolina born-and-bred wife was shocked when over the Thanksgiving weekend years ago, we hit the beach in San Onofre, threw snowballs at each other at Palomar Mountain, ended the day checking out the high desert at Borrego Springs.
To cap off the night, we picked avocados and lemons that were growing wild literally right outside the little home we rented in Fallbrook.
All in the same day, all in the same county.
Of course, things were a little more expensive than Charleston, South Carolina… but that’s the price for living in paradise.
With all that aside, you couldn’t pay me enough go back to the Golden State. Or as I refer to my ex-home state, the Stolen State.
The Democrats have stolen everything that made California the destination of millions.
Case in point, the small town of Jamul (pronounced HA-mool) in the sparsely populated “Back County” of San Diego has made national headlines for all the wrong reasons.
As reported by KUSI-TV of San Diego (video below), groups of illegals have attempted to force their way aboard school buses filled with children, not once, but twice.
The first attempt was foiled by a quick-thinking bus driver, while the second attempt was stopped by the bus driver and a group of parents.
I really do hate to say this, but California truly is a Third-World shithole.
