Walgreens RATIONING Baby Formula; Nearly One-Third Top-Selling Formulas Out of Stock Across the USA; Calif Gas Cracks $8.689

The Crapper and the Cackler have the American people in their sights…

I’ll give Joe Biden credit for something I’ve never, ever seen before in my entire life; empty store shelves right here in the good old US of A. Keep in mind, I’m in my 60s.

But wait, there’s more.

As I was scrolling through various news sites, I came across two very interesting articles. One was a British site noting that Walgreens is now… wait for it… rationing baby formula.

But wait, there’s more.

The same British news site is also reporting that nearly one-third “of all top-selling formulas are out of stock at stores across” the United States.

But wait, there’s more.

A local paper in California’s Mendicino County notes that a hometown gas station has the distinction of possibly selling the most expensive gas in the nation. For a single gallon of the top shelf stuff, that’s going to cost you a whopping $8.689, low-grade juice at an equally eye-popping $8.459.

As reported by Alex Hammer of London’s the DailyMail.com (emphasis mine);

A national shortage of baby formula brought on by pandemic-related supply-chain issues has forced US retailers such as Walgreens to ration the all-important product.

The company – the second-largest pharmacy store chain in the United States behind CVS – said Friday that amid the supply-chain crunch, it is limiting customers to three infant and toddler formula product purchases at a time, at its 9,021 US locations.

A company spokesperson told DailyMail.com that the restrictions, already in effect, stem from an ‘increased demand and various supplier issues,’ as it was revealed that 29 percent of all top-selling formulas are out of stock at stores across the nation.

“Pandemic-related supply-chain issues”, my ass.

Never mind that it’s amateur hour up in Washington. Never mind that since the day China Joe was installed, inflation his been increasing at a dangerously steady rate. Never mind that it’s already being forecasted that this time next year, America will already be knee-deep into a recession. Never mind that both on the state and federal levels, Democrats never met a tax increase they were never sexually aroused by.

Anyhow, young Matt LeFever of Menicino’s own MendoFever.com is reporting (emphasis mine);

The seaside town of Mendocino has a single gas station called Schlafer’s Auto Body & Repair.

Yesterday, coastal resident Galen Bach took a picture of the gas pump and thought it worthy of posting on social media.

Mendicino County, California.

For the regular price of gasoline, a customer of Schlafer’s would pay $8.45, which is just shy of double the national average of $4.25, and 42% more expensive than the average gallon of gas in California.

Patrick De Haan, the Head of GasBuddy.com’s Petroleum analysis team, told us that the price per gallon at Schlafer’s has “a very strong likelihood that this is the most expensive station in America.”

De Haan reviewed GasBuddy’s records of current gas prices across the United States, and he told us, “I can’t find any more expensive at the present moment.”
