Not that long ago that I noted that The Swamp would never allow Trump to assume the presidency.
Specifically, I cited that ever since he openly declared that tips, overtime pay, and Social Security would be non-taxable, he also promised that the federal government wouldn’t regulate crypto-currency.
If there’s one thing the hard Left love, it’s other people’s money.
But the closer we get to the election, the more nervous do the never Trumpers become… and time is running short for them.
Specifically, as noted by the screamingly leftist newsrag out of Britain, The Independent, Trump has already vowed to open “a task force to monitor ‘woke generals’ and eliminate diversity trainings in the military.”
Just me, but that means shitcanning roughly 90 percent of all generals and admirals. Very do-able.
Again, just me, but I can’t think of a more Trumpian move than for him to frock some fire-breathing infantry Lt Col to four-stars as the new Commandant of the Marine Corps. Yeah… Trump would do that.
A suggestion to the same task force if and when it ever does come to fruition; look into the many mid-range (Field Grade officers – Major through Colonel or Lt Cdr through Captain) who have been relieved by higher (woke) officers.
But as most of us already realize, Trump cutting more than a few military officers go, he’s also looking at gutting the morbidly obese federal government.
Cities like Washington, DC (and the Virginia and Maryland suburbs); Atlanta, GA; Denver, CO; Huntsville, AL; that rely on federal employment. You can bet they’re all sweating bullets.
Should I even bring up the heavies on the CIA and FBI?
Please keep in mind that the notion of doing away with the FBI (and having the US Marshals Service absorb their duties) has already been floated.
