Case in point would be the video report (below) from CBS-New York in regards to three men and one woman who are wanted for the wee hours attack and robbery of a wheelchair-bound man in the New York borough of the Bronx.
Additionally cited from the New York Post, not only was the still unidentified 39-year-old victim struck, knocked to the ground and kicked in the head, he was also robbed of his iPhone and $800 cash.
