Perhaps putting a whole new meaning of “If it bleeds, it leads”, the live broadcast from the Islamic Republic of Iran News Network (IRINN) in Tehran found themselves being slammed by Israeli munitions whilst reporting on Isreal dropping munitions on Tehran. Oh, the irony.
Missiles, smart bombs, dumb bombs, weaponized drones… Israel is throwing everything but the kitchen sink at the Iranians as they wipe-out their nuclear weapons program and decapitate the mullahs grip on power.
Never mind that as reported by India’s News18.com that “Just an hour before the incident, Israel had issued a warning to evacuate the part of Tehran where the TV studios are based.” Insert Gunny Hartman quote here.
Maybe the Iranian chick was doing her best impersonation of a screaming North Korean newscaster, but one thing I’m sure of – when things go south in the Muslim World, you can bet someone’s going to belt-out their “Allahu Akbar” war-cry.
