(VIDEO) GBU-57 Explosion Against Iran as Seen From Space

Now on Twitter, a rolling loop video only one second long is supposedly the explosions of the American GBU-57 bunker-buster bomb used against the Fordow Iranian nuclear facility

Originating reportedly from a “Meteosat-10 weather satellite”, the explosion(s) can be seen dead-center on the video as a sizeable purple cloud.

The GBU-57 is a non-nuclear bomb that is designed to penetrate as deep into the Earth as a 20-story building before detonating its 5,000-pound warhead. With specifics still sketchy, it is being reported that anywhere from six to 18 GBU-57s have been used against the Fordow target.

The concussion and need for oxygen in any tunnel explosion caused by the likes of a GBU-57 will literally rip a human being’s lungs out of his body through his mouth and nose.
