Kavanaugh Wannabe Killer ‘Identifies as Transgender’; How Much More Proof Do You Need?

Anyone else remember the little piss-ant who attempted to murder Supreme Court Associate Justice Brett Kavanaugh and presumably his entire family? Like most of you, I remember the action, but I certainly don’t remember his quite forgettable name.

Nicholas J. Roske, hailing from the Leftist bastion of Simi Valley, California, is now identifying himself as… wait for it… a transgendered chick.

As reported by James Lynch of NationalReview.com;

The man who pleaded guilty to attempting to assassinate Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh identifies as a transgender woman, according to newly revealed court documents.

In a recent court filing, Nicholas Roske’s defense attorneys call their client “Sophie” and explain in a footnote that they will use female pronouns to refer to him “out of respect.”

How very interesting. It was on April 8, 2025, that Roske plead guilty to the charge of attempted murder of Justice Brett Kavanaugh.

It was on that date that the United States Attorney’s Office (Maryland District) issued the following press release (in part);

“After a thorough investigation, Nicholas Roske is being held accountable for plotting, planning, and taking steps to assassinate a United States Supreme Court Justice…” [Special Agent in Charge William J.] DelBagno said.

Targeted by a madman.

As part of his guilty plea, Roske admitted that on June 7, 2022, he flew from Los Angeles International Airport to Dulles International Airport with a firearm and ammunition in his checked baggage. He then took a taxi from the airport to Montgomery County, Maryland, with the intent to kill the Supreme Court Justice.

…on June 8, 2022, at approximately 1:05 a.m., two Deputy U.S. Marshals, protecting the residence of a Supreme Court Justice, observed Roske arrive in and get out of a taxi in front of the residence. Roske wore black clothing and had a backpack and suitcase. Upon observing Roske, the two Deputy U.S. Marshals started to get out of their vehicles as the defendant proceeded to walk down the street.

Shortly after, Roske told a Montgomery County Emergency Communications Center call taker that he was having homicidal and suicidal thoughts, had a gun in his suitcase, and flew from California to kill a specific Supreme Court Justice.

Just as a gentle reminder, here’s what Roske physically had on him when the two Dep. US Marshals apprehended him;

  • Firearm
  • Black tactical chest rig
  • Tactical knife
  • Two magazines, each containing 10 rounds of ammunition
  • 17 additional rounds of ammunition
  • Pepper spray
  • Zip ties
  • A hammer
  • Screwdrivers
  • Nail punch
  • Crowbar
  • Pistol light
  • Duct tape
  • Hiking boots with padding on the outside of the soles
  • Lock-pick tools

Please remember, Kavanaugh, his wife and kids were in the home that Roske was going to break into.

Use your imagination, then imagine the worst.
