Blaha and his bitch…
I’m sure most of you have already heard of some nondescript individual taking to Youtube, making noise about how both National Guardsmen and active-duty personnel should openly disobey Pres. Trump’s sending troops to certain cities.
Just me, but a rather lispy Dylan Blaha states in the video below, troops “must dis-obey unlawful orders.” He further went on state with certainty what exactly qualifies as unlawful orders.
According to Blaha, the act must go against;
- The Constitution
- US law
- International law
I’d like to point out to this dim-wit a couple of things he may have missed in his years at the UIUC (University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign);
- The Constitution IS US law
- Unless placed into legal canon per the US Constitution, “international law” isn’t worth the paper it’s printed on.
Blaha went on to give a very brief breakdown as to why any member of the armed forces would follow his advice. By the way, Blaha didn’t major in pre-law while matriculating at UIUC. Please keep that in mind.
Of course, he cited the Posse Comitatus Act.
I did some digging. The Posse Comitatus Act is specifically 18 U.S. Code, Section 1385 as cited from Congress.gov. According to the official site (emphasis mine);
The express statutory exceptions include the legislation that allows the President to use military force to suppress insurrection or to enforce federal authority, 10 U.S.C. Sections 251-255…
OK, so what exactly does 10 USC Sections 251-255 say? I went to one of the official US House websites to get some of the specifics.
Some rather interesting info I found (emphasis mine);
10 USC Ch. 13: INSURRECTION
§252. Use of militia and armed forces to enforce Federal authority
Whenever the President considers that unlawful obstructions, combinations, or assemblages, or rebellion against the authority of the United States, make it impracticable to enforce the laws of the United States in any State by the ordinary course of judicial proceedings, he may call into Federal service such of the militia of any State, and use such of the armed forces, as he considers necessary to enforce those laws or to suppress the rebellion.
As of yet, no National Guardsmen or active-duty troops have been assigned to law enforcement as in actual arrests. They have been assigned to relieve federal agents of tasks that didn’t involve arresting anyone.
But if Pres. Trump should ever authorize troops to ensure that the law of the United States are enforces… that’s exactly what I voted for.
This jackass has only succeeded in proving that he’s simply got Stage-4 TDS.
