As just about the entire world knows by now, Pres. Trump and private donors are digging deep into their own bank accounts for the construction of the 900-square-foot improvement to the White House’s East Wing.
While some of the unfortunates on Planet Democrat are whispering out loud that this nerdlinger just may throw his hat into the ring next presidential go ’round.
But Swalwell’s made a point of dropping a litmus test on any and all Democrats shooting for the Oval Office in 2028.
As reported by Amanda Macias of Fox News, Swalwell posted to X/Twitter, “Don’t even think of seeking the Democratic nomination for president unless you pledge to take a wrecking ball to the Trump Ballroom on DAY ONE.”
Just so I understand this… this guy is;
- Damning an upgrade and improvement to the Executive Mansion that was paid for with private funds
- Wants the same upgrade and improvement destroyed at taxpayer expense
Yeah. That makes perfect sense.
