(VIDEO) Supremacy Clause be Damned; Democrats Now in Open Rebellion to Federal Law

By now, everyone is aware that the Democrat strongholds of New York City and Los Angeles have seen in recent days plans on resurrecting on-line apps to give notifications whenever ICE agents are carrying out lawful operations in any of those cities.

Below is just what’s going on in California. Both a federal official and a city official attended a press conference to brag of the new platform to interfere with federal officers in the performance of their lawful duties.

As reported by Mark Swanson of Newsmax.com (highlights, mine);

U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi assailed Democrat lawmakers who announced plans for a master “ICE tracker” that would mark the activity of federal immigration officers in the Los Angeles area.

Rep. Robert Garcia, D-Calif., alongside Los Angeles Democrat Mayor Karen Bass, announced Monday that the tracker would be coming online in the coming weeks, thanks to the work of House Oversight Committee Democrats.

“The Oversight Committee, I shared this with the mayor — over the course of the next couple of weeks, the Oversight Committee will be launching on their website a master ICE tracker where we can … essentially [track] every single instance that we can verify that the community will send, be able to send us information on,” Garcia said Monday. “It’ll be all available in one central place.”

Just me, but with Rep. James Comer (R-KY) as the Chairman of the House Oversight Committee, I seriously doubt that the same committee will be launching any kind of “ICE tracker.” Methinks Garcia is just possibly full of shit, but that’s just me.

When it comes to NY state AG Letisha “Big Tish” James, here’s the latest from Catherine Salgato of PJmedia.com;

New York Attorney General Letitia James, even as she already faces fraud charges and an ever-expanding scandal of criminal allegations, has launched a portal for Democrats to report and therefore dox ICE agents.

James proudly announced in a press release on Oct. 22 that she is “encouraging New Yorkers to submit videos or other documentation of federal immigration enforcement actions in New York following yesterday’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) raid on Canal Street in New York City.” That’s the raid where federal law enforcement finally put the nine foreign criminals in handcuffs.

What all three of these politicians have in common is that they actually want The Great Unwashed to mob wherever ICE is doing their job… then interfere.

I’ll certainly admit that I’m nowhere near being a constitutional lawyer, but I do have common sense and the ability to make heads or tails of the written word.

If the Dems really want to keep an eye on ICE, wouldn’t it be a lot easier if state and local law enforcement worked WITH the feds instead of against them? The Democrats won’t be happy until a few ICE agents are on a morgue slab.
