For whatever bizarre reason, the woman born as Caryn Elaine Johnson made a conscious decision to rebrand herself as Whoopi Goldberg. I find it rather interesting that the Lefties look the other way as Caryn culturally appropriates from Ashkenazi Jews.
With that aside, Johnson/Goldberg is openly lying to her viewers stupid enough to actually watch The View as seen in the video below.

As seen in the X/Twitter message below, Rep. Hakeem Jefferies (D-NY) is threatening to spend tax dollars to investigate simply if the new White House Ballroom is paid for by donations or not.
