There was a time when Pres. Trump openly stated that the “fake news media” really is the enemy of the American people. Yet the Leftist Media openly (and very purposefully) mis-quoted him.

Here’s the real stunning part – a sizable percentage of the voting public didn’t even bother to read the spoon-fed propaganda beyond the open lie that was the headline.

WASHINGTON (AP) — The Latest on President Donald Trump (all times EST): 5:10 p.m.

President Donald Trump is continuing his attacks on the news media.

Trump has taken to Twitter to slam “The FAKE NEWS media,” saying it “is not my enemy, it is the enemy of the American People!”

Trump specifically cited a series of news outlets, naming The New York Times, NBC, ABC, CBS and CNN.

As I ask rhetorically, why wouldn’t any news organization not agree that any given news service lacking a wit of journalistic integrity or honesty isn’t just that; fake news?

Let’s fast forward eight years. Coming as a shock to no one, the media watchdog organization MRC (Media Research Center) is citing that the top broadcast news stations are far from anything even close to fair when it comes to Trump and some of his closest deputies.

What network do you work for?

During the first 100 days of the Trump Administration, “The Big Three“, ABC, CBS and NBC, had on their evening forecasts a total of 889 Trump related stories. In conjunction with NewsBusters.org, MRC’s report cites the following specifics (emphasis mine);

  • The Trump Administration overall received 92 percent negative coverage.
  • Sec. of Health and Human Services Robert F. Kennedy received 89 percent negative coverage.
  • DOGE Advisor Elon Musk Received 96 percent negative coverage.
  • Sec. of Defense Pete Hegseth received 100 percent negative coverage.
  • The networks’ highly negative coverage of President Trump stands in stark contrast to the mostly (59%) POSITIVE coverage they provided Joe Biden four years ago.

Personally, I find it curious that a man who won both the popular and electoral vote can only get only eight percent fair or favorable news coverage.

Remember how Pistol Packin’ Pete got a pass from the media when he very openly lied to us all?
